====== Batbox visual seeds ======

**User direction, 2026-10-25:** The new images in home are the starting point for Batbox's GitHub logo and inspiration for the rest of the project. These are the user's photographs, not a newly selected final logo.

The visible subjects are a purple plush bat with upright ears and small fangs, a dark outfit with a white ghost, and a smiling illuminated white ghost amid warm red/orange Halloween lighting. The coordinator and collaborators can develop this visual starting point in their own way.

Original local references remain at /home/isnotreal/PXL_20261025_*.jpg. The repository keeps published copies in design/visual-seeds/ with image bytes unchanged and camera/location metadata omitted. The source/copy SHA256 values are in that folder's manifest.json.
