Server snapshot and operator checks
Observed: 2026-10-25 UTC. The runtime rollout receipt records commit f7a4de4 installed at 2026-10-25T16:22:21Z; status then showed native PID 126991 and the same coordinator session plus three saved workers. The latest saved status at 16:22:23Z reported phase running, local backend http://127.0.0.1:8001/v1, model qwen3.8-27b-hauhau-q4, three desired workers, 120,000-token compaction threshold, and a 50,000-token output cap. The runtime profile documented for this server uses a 200,000-token context, temperature 1.3, and medium reasoning. Recheck live state before relying on these dated values.

From the source checkout, the f7a4de4 CLI provides a quick local view:

The API's status command reads the coordinator snapshot and worker journals; it does not refresh an engine heartbeat. agents returns current recoverable recipients without prompt contents. Never print ~/.batbox/autonomous/api.key or paste credentials into a shell transcript. Issue commands use the private key internally. For local Caddy admin JSON, query the loopback admin endpoint and pipe the JSON output to a parser; the Caddyfile itself is text.
Start command and deployment boundary
The documented autonomous launch shape is ./build/src/batbox –autonomous –env ~/.batbox/engine.env –engine-project-root “$PWD” –engine-state-dir ~/.batbox/autonomous –engine-letter-file ~/love_letters.txt. The referenced env file contains private configuration; this wiki intentionally does not reproduce it. Do not start a second engine against the same state directory. The deployment record is /home/isnotreal/.batbox/diagnostics/runtime-reference-rollout-20261025/installed.json and the service receipt is receipt.json; the installed binary is under /home/isnotreal/.local/lib/batbox-engine/releases/.
